Whether it was barstool manifestations or chatting on the ski lift, these two local friends had a vision of innovative vegan cuisine with a modern touch. 
 

Nikki Peruzzi has almost 25 years in the restaurant business and has held positions ranging from bartender to consultant. She considers herself a "flexitarian" and is excited to show off her culinary imagination in the vegan sector. She enjoys skiing in the winter and camping on the beach in the summer. She's a Leo and likes Pina coladas and getting caught in the rain. 

Eva Gwinn is stepping up as local and looking to express her art in the kitchen more than ever before. She has a long resume in town and afar... but who cares about them. As a familiar and capable member of any kitchen she's worked in over the last 35 years, she is very excited to continue the legacy of vegan and whole food dining in our vibrant community.  Also, like her partner in crime, likes dancing in the rain.
